If your sleep cycle is disturbed:
(all dosages are given in drops)
Lavender 5 + Juniper 3 + Orange 1 + Thyme 1
Add to massage oil or drip into salt and dissolve it in the bath before going to bed. You can also apply it on a strip of paper and put it near the bed.
Chamomile 1 + Geranium 1 in the aroma lamp and closer to the bed
With muscle pain (overdone in the gym):
Lavender 4/Eucalyptus 2 + Rosemary 2 + Peppermint 1 + Juniper 1
Add to cream or massage oil, as well as bath salt – and take the bath itself warmer.

General stress:
Lavender 4 + orange 3 + geranium 2 + rosemary 1
Add to massage oil or bath salt and soak in hot water.
Nervous tension, excitement:
Geranium 4 + Lavender 3 + Juniper 2 + Thyme 1
Add to massage oil or bath salt.
If you can’t wake up:
Orange 4 + Chamomile 3 + Juniper 1 + Peppermint 1 + Eucalyptus 1
Add to the aroma lamp in the morning.
Scattered attention:
Rosemary 5 + Lavender 2 + Geranium 2 + Orange 1
Add to aroma lamp.
