Rock crystal can help to find inner harmony. If you are not feeling well and are constantly feeling tired, then it is possible that one or more of your chakras are out of balance.
The center of energy imbalance can be determined using a rock crystal pendulum, and then it will be possible to correct the work of an upset chakra using a crystal of the appropriate color.
Checking the status of your chakras
Sit reclining on a mat on the floor. Take the rock crystal pendulum in your right hand if you are right-handed, and in your left hand if you are left-handed.
Check the root chakra by holding the pendulum over the lower part of the pelvis. If the chakra is healthy, then the pendulum will rotate evenly: for a man – clockwise, for a woman – counterclockwise.
If the pendulum simply swings from side to side, this indicates energy problems.
Location of the chakras
There are seven main chakra energy centers. They are located in the etheric body – the energy shell surrounding the physical body.
- Root Chakra: Lower Pelvic Area
- Sacral chakra: upper pelvic region
- Solar plexus chakra: Upper abdomen
- Heart chakra: center point of the chest
- Throat chakra: the central point of the throat
- Third eye chakra: forehead center point
- Crown (coronary) chakra: crown
Check the rest of the chakras in the same way. They are interlocked like the teeth of a gear.
Above the second (sacral) chakra, the pendulum should rotate counterclockwise for men and clockwise for women, above the third clockwise for men and counterclockwise for women, and so on.
Having determined the upset chakras, proceed to healing. Use crystals of the appropriate colors.
