A magic pill for PMS (3-10 days before the onset of these days) has not been invented, although different things help everyone.
A universal tip to ease these harsh days:
- Sports (Morning exercise, evening run – something not too heavy, but enough to cheer you up. This should be done regularly)
- Vitamins (Hypovitaminosis itself is not too good and can exacerbate the monthly women’s fun)
In a word, the syndrome can be overcome in theory, but a large share of the help here will be provided rather by a uniform diet and regular physical activity.
With increased nervousness and irritability:
- 5 pieces motherwort
- 4 parts of oregano
- 4 pieces of wild rose
- 3 parts blackberry leaves
- 2 parts mint
1 tbsp collection, pour a glass of boiling water and let it brew.
Drink like tea.
With irritability, excitability and desire to kill:
- 3 parts motherwort
- 3 parts cudweed
- 4 parts common heather
- 2 parts nettle
- 1 part valerian root and rhizomes
4 tbsp collection, pour a liter of boiling water and boil over low heat for 15 minutes, then remove to cool. Then strain.
You need to drink 1 tbsp. 5 – 6 times a day.
- 2 pieces of watch leaves
- 2 parts mint
- 1 part valerian
- 2 part hop cones
3 tsp Pour boiling water over and let steep/cool down. Strain. You need to drink 0.5 cups 3 times a day (the last one is before bedtime).
Facilitate PMS as such herbal preparations, such as:
- 10 pieces of shepherd’s purse
- 5 parts of Potentilla rhizomes
- 5 parts burnet rhizomes
Pour 3 tablespoons of the collection with 2 cups of boiling water, put on a small fire and cook for 15 minutes. Then strain and leave to cool.
You need to drink half a glass 3-4 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals.
Burnet can still be mixed in equal proportions with the rhizome of the highlander, 2 tbsp. Pour boiling water over low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Such a decoction is drunk in a third of a glass 3-4 times a day, also 20-25 minutes before meals.
There is also a delicious collection, in which you can also add a spoonful of honey.
Mix in equal proportions:
- cherry fruits
- blueberry leaves and berries
- cumin (fruits)
2 tbsp for 1 cup of boiling water. We put on a small fire, wait until it boils, hold for another 15 minutes, filter and drink 1 tbsp each. 3 – 4 times a day.
