Aromatic tea
- 1 tbsp St. John’s wort
- 1 tsp lemon balm
- 1 tsp mint leaves
- 1 tsp clary sage
- 1 tsp herb yarrow
- 1 tbsp rosehips, water
The preparation of herbal tea does not require much effort:
1-2 tsp Pour the mixture into a porcelain teapot, previously rinsed with boiling water, and fill it with hot water.
Insist for about 30 minutes, after which the drink is ready to drink. 1 tsp collection is designed for 4 glasses of tea. Take tea 1.5-2 hours before meals.
Multivitamin tea
- 1 tbsp rosehips
- 1 tsp currant or mountain ash berries
- 1 tbsp stinging nettle leaf
- 1 tbsp grated carrots
- 2 glasses of water
Pour boiling water over the prepared mixture in a thermos and leave for 1 hour, then strain. Drink half a glass of tea 3-4 times a day.

Rosehip and mountain ash tea
- 1 tbsp rosehips
- 1 tbsp rowan fruit
- 2 glasses of water
Pour boiling water over rosehips and rowan berries, boil for 10 minutes, then leave for 4–5 hours. Strain and drink 2-3 times as tea. Store the broth in a cool and dark place.
Wellness tea
- 1/2 kg rosehips
- 1/2 kg chokeberry
- 2 kg sugar
Pound the rosehips and rowan berries in a mortar, add sugar, stir and store in a tightly sealed container. Before using 1 tbsp brew the mixture with a glass of boiling water and leave for 2 hours.
Drink your tea warm.
