Chamomile, calendula, parsley
These are plants rich in vitamin A. Relieve irritation, nourish the skin. Wipe with tonic in the morning and evening.
The so-called tincture of calendula contains alcohol, which dries out the skin. It is better to use it pointwise for pimples.
For rashes and acne, take the roots, grind them into powder, sprinkle on problem areas.
Can be used alone or with chamomile and yarrow. We take in equal parts, a tablespoon of raw materials in a glass of boiling water. Let cool and wipe the same acne and rash.
There is a good tonic for oily skin:
3 parts of sage, horsetail, calendula, 4 parts of chamomile, yarrow and peppermint, 1 part of celandine.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture in a thermos with 1.5 cups of boiling water, leave for 2 hours, strain and wipe the skin with a cotton swab dipped in a chilled infusion.
Ideal for bags under the eyes, refreshes the skin of the face.
Gives the skin elasticity and firmness. Brew 1 tsp. linden flowers with a glass of boiling water and let it brew for half an hour.
Strain the resulting infusion and pour into a freezer dish.
Wipe the skin of the face and neck with the obtained cubes with the broth. You can also take 1 tablespoon of flowers in a glass of boiling water, leave for an hour and make lotions to get rid of bags under the eyes.
Tightens pores, fights acne. Pour 2 tablespoons of flowers with a glass of boiling water and leave for an hour, then strain, cool and wipe your face in the morning and evening.
A decoction of herbs for rubbing oily skin with a slight whitening effect: Take half a tablespoon of tricolor violets, calendula and immortelle.
Add to these 1 tablespoon St. John’s wort, and 2 teaspoons of cornflower flowers. Pour everything with 500 ml of boiling water and leave for 24 hours.
For dry skin: pour 1 tablespoon of flax seeds with a glass of boiled water and boil until the consistency is not very thick slurry. Cool the mass to a warm state, and apply on face for 10-15 minutes, after which rinse with warm water.
Comedones can also be fought with herbs
Take a tablespoon of flax seeds and a teaspoon of chamomile flowers. Grind the resulting herbal mixture and fill it with a small amount of boiling water so that a thick mass is formed.
We close the lid, wait for half an hour, then apply the resulting mass in a generous layer to those places of the skin where black dots are visible, and after 25 minutes we wash off first with warm, and then with cool water.
Before the mask, it is advisable to steam the skin over a decoction of nettle, linden or sage.
