This is my favorite exercise for collecting information through intuition.
I do it in preparation for a consultation or when I am out of touch with reality and want to find the invisible threads of events that may surround me or my loved ones.
Relax, close your eyes and prepare yourself. Place your feet firmly on the floor. Close your eyes and imagine that you are breathing in a circular motion.
With each breath fill yourself with light, and with the exhalation release all tension in the body. Do this until your breathing slows down after about five minutes.
Feel how the weight of the body in the chair becomes more.
After that, transfer your consciousness into the coiled energy network that has arisen in your hands.
Imagine that you are in the middle of an ocean of sparkling water that is filled with memories of everything: every thought, every word spoken, and every action, done or intended.
All possible causes and effects that exist in the past, present or future are here, like a magical fish swimming among buried treasures.

Imagine you are throwing your energy network into the sea of consciousness. Pull out the net and see what you got. Do not draw conclusions if you do not immediately recognize what you found.
Sometimes it takes a while to expand your own intuitive language.
The messages may come to you as a flash of knowledge, factual information such as a number, a visual image, an emotional experience, a sensation in the solar plexus, a physical sensation, or an inner voice or sound.
Keep a diary of what you encounter and observe how the meanings and messages you find in your energy grid relate to your outer world.
