We need:
- Mandarin – 2 pcs.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Milk – 1 glass
- Yogurt – 1/3 cup
- Honey – 1 tsp.
- Vanillin – to taste
Cooking:
- Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces and send it to the freezer for 20 minutes.
- We clean the tangerines.
- We load tangerines into the blender. Add banana pieces.
- Add milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.
- Beat at maximum speed for 30 seconds.
Do you like creamy smoothies? Add a couple tablespoons of ice cream to the ingredient list.
